Welcome to the Crisis Center Management System with AI Counseling Recommendations (the “System”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the System, including its modules for appointment scheduling, referral management, incident reporting, shelter admission, and AI-assisted counseling. By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. System Purpose

The System is designed to support the operations of the Crisis Center by facilitating secure client registration, referral management, social work documentation, and AI-based counseling recommendations to assist professionals in providing care and intervention.

2. Account Creation and Responsibility

Users—including clients, social workers, and administrators—must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions taken under your account. Unauthorized account sharing or access is strictly prohibited.

The System includes an AI Counseling Module designed to analyze client data and generate counseling recommendations to assist social workers. These AI-generated insights are intended to support—not replace—professional human judgment. The Crisis Center and its developers do not assume responsibility for decisions made solely based on AI suggestions.

5. Data Privacy and Protection

All personal and sensitive information processed through the System is handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). By using the System, you consent to the collection, storage, and lawful processing of your data for legitimate crisis management, case monitoring, and counseling purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how your data is collected and protected.

6. Service Updates and Availability

The Crisis Center reserves the right to update, enhance, or modify any feature or functionality of the System at any time. Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance or upgrades. Efforts will be made to notify registered users in advance when practicable.

7. Suspension or Termination

The Crisis Center may suspend or terminate access to the System without prior notice if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or compromise the integrity, security, or confidentiality of data. Terminated accounts may be archived in accordance with legal data retention requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All contents of the System, including text, graphics, design elements, and software features, are the intellectual property of the Crisis Center or its authorized developers. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Crisis Center, its officers, employees, and developers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the System, including damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs, technical errors, or unauthorized access.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from the use of the System shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
